The 9 Stage Remanufacture Process

Find below the 9 stage process we use in the remanufacture of all our Optiset phones.
Stage 1 - A used Optiset phone
Stage 2 - First we test the used Optiset phone for any faults
Stage 3 - Then we take apart the used Optiset phones

Stage 4 - Any faulty, damaged or used parts are removed for recycling
Stage 5 - Then we reassemble the Optiset phone with new parts, buttons, housing and cords

Stage 6 - Once the Optiset phone is complete like new it is tested for 100% functionality
Stage 7 - The remanufactured Optiset phone is checked for quality and serial numbered
Stage 8 - Tested again before packing
Stage 9 - Packed like new and finished!
